Uruguay Innovation Hub (UIH) and Uruguay XXI signed a partnership agreement to strengthen the collaboration between both organizations to improve the development of an innovation ecosystem in Uruguay, promoting joint actions that encourage investment and growth in the country.

The agreement, which focuses on promoting innovation issues and facilitating the use of the Innovation Campus facilities to receive investors, was signed by the executive director of Uruguay XXI, Sebastián Risso, and the executive director of the Uruguay Innovation Hub Program, Sabrina Sauksteliskis.

“This formal agreement reflects all the coordinated work and synergy we have achieved since the beginning. This agreement also allows us to continue joining efforts to strengthen Uruguay’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,” Sauksteliskis highlighted.

Meanwhile, Risso underscored the strategic importance of this collaboration. “Our relationship with the UIH has been very close and fluid since its origin; with this agreement, we intend to continue consolidating this link to strengthen Uruguay as an innovation hub in the region. Our ability to attract productive investments also depends on alliances like this, which create a more dynamic and attractive environment for entrepreneurs and companies seeking to grow from Uruguay”.

This agreement is a crucial step in continuing to attract investment in the innovation sector and generate new opportunities for entrepreneurs and companies. By joining forces, Uruguay XXI and the Uruguay Innovation Hub seek to promote the use of the Innovation Campus and strengthen the innovation ecosystem in the country, positioning Uruguay as a regional hub for technological and business development.
