They are a specialized office in the provision of comprehensive advice throughout the value chain regarding the Logistic Location of a project, respecting current regulations so that the operation thereof meets expectations. We work with both domestic and foreign companies, seeking to establish, relocate or expand, in areas that have both logistical and industrial viability and permit for cargo transit according to the IMM or IMC.

We have a wide portfolio of properties and warehouses, as well as own projects on the major logistics-industrial hubs of the country. We also provide strategic alliances with architects and economists (investment project), and possible financing with banks and investors.

EXPERIENCE IN ASSISTING FOREIGN INVESTORS

With foreign clients we have invested more than USD 6,000,000, mainly with capitals from Spain and Argentina.

Some of the most well-known operations in the market are the development of "ÁLAMO Polo Empresarial 101" on 20 hectares next to Route 101 with a Spanish group, and the recent acquisition of the Sports Complex of the National University Football Club also on Route 101 with an Argentine group.

We go every year to the Meeting of Industrial Parks of Buenos Aires, and every two years to the Expo-Logistics of Buenos Aires as well.
