Facilitation tools for carrying out procedures involving the public sector are a key factor for improving the business climate. In Uruguay, the model adopted by the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE) and the Single Window for Investments (VUI) includes the creation of an integrated and centralized platform that simplifies the processes and procedures required for positioning Uruguay in the region and the world.

To continue positioning our country and achieving our objectives, we are looking for someone to join our team who can meet with clients, conduct surveys, develop some applications, and self-manage their tasks.

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal relationships, the ability to understand both external and internal clients, a passion for technology, and the capability to carry out the integration of new processes associated with the platform.

Your main tasks will be:

• Process surveying and redesign (evaluation, documentation, identification of improvement opportunities, business requirements specification, among others).
• Projects requiring continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• Process modeling in the tool through system parameterization.
• Developing the required and prioritized developments by the area.
• Conducting process and application testing.
• Supporting the production implementation of VUCE/VUI, user training, system parameterization, and writing user manuals and content.
• Continuous contact with various organizations, monitoring process integration activities.
• Supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Advanced student (over 50%) or graduate in Technology, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Engineering, Economics, or similar fields with training in processes.
• Training in functional analysis and management of Genexus IT tools is required. 
• Experience in requirements analysis, process redesign, dealing with government agencies, and private sector clients (minimum 3 years). Technology implementation experience (minimum 2 years).
•  Organized, methodical, and orderly person, capable of meeting goals and committing to them.

It is essential to have communication and interpersonal relationship skills, as well as a strong customer focus.
